“Beautiful property with thoughtful design and high-quality amenities. Unfortunately, the construction doesn’t seem to match the quality of the interiors. The walls and floors offer very little sound insulation, making it possible to hear nearly everything from neighboring units, both next door and above—including snoring, voices, footsteps, and toilets flushing. While the kitchen items provided were good quality, several basic essentials were missing. The staff was consistently responsive and helpful whenever we reached out. Given the property’s beautiful design and excellent location, it’s especially disappointing that the lack of sound insulation detracts so significantly from the overall experience.”
